Lee Baron is a property management firm established 40 years ago. With offices in London’s West End, Manchester and Bristol, we manage circa £5 billion of UK assets for our clients, administering over £140 million a year of rent roll and £50 million of service charge funds. We are independently owned and operated and we are regulated in all aspects of our business by RICS and The Property Institute.
