Our highly experienced property valuation team has a reputation for senior involvement, efficiency, speed and realistic valuations, as well as the highest levels of honesty, integrity and professional behaviour, which has brought us many long-standing clients.

The team, all RICS-registered, provides independent and objective valuations for most property classes nationwide – mainstream commercial (including retail, offices, and industrial), development land, as well as residential (single assets and portfolios).

Our valuation skills are complemented by in-house market expertise from our agency activities. We work closely with the property management team, whose nationwide coverage gives us extensive local knowledge and a real understanding of how location affects value.

We have particular experience in development site valuations and are on the panel of approved valuers for many specialist residential development funders.

Our matrimonial work covers the independent valuation of substantial single properties or portfolios tied up in divorce settlements. We are often appointed on behalf of the parties as Single Joint Expert to prepare a report for the court.
