We genuinely understand the challenges of both.

We understand the contrasting occupational requirements of residents for whom the area is home, and of shops, restaurants and enterprises, for which the area means business. We also understand the statutory obligations of landlords and occupiers for both residential and commercial property. Statute sets the parameters for how and when we reconcile accounts, for when notices are served, and for health and safety compliance – so it is vital for water-tight property management.

We have managed some of the most iconic mixed use developments in London including St Katherine Docks, West India Quay and Canary Riverside (Canary Wharf), and continue to now grow the team through new mandates from St George in Ealing, Hammersmith and Kingston, and recently with developments in Holloway/Arsenal and Port East.
