Lee Baron is delighted to announce that John Dembitz has been shortlisted in the unquoted/private equity backed category for the 2017 Non-Executive Director Awards (NEDA). These awards recognise the achievements of Non-Executive Directors and their contribution to the success and growth of businesses across various sectors.
John has been a part of Lee Baron’s board since 1998, stepping up to become Group Non-Executive Chairman in 2012. He has been a key driver of strategic change in focusing Lee Baron on its core competence of management and ensuring a focus on talent and excellence across all levels of the organisation. He has also been instrumental in achieving the transformation of what was a relatively small north-west London based commercial surveying firm into what is now recognised as a leading provider of property management.
Winners will be announced at an exclusive ceremony next month.
Carl Whayman, Chief Executive at Lee Baron, commented:
“John has been instrumental in the development of our key executive team and the success of the firm. I have had the pleasure of working closely with him and the advice and support he has given me and the whole team over the years has been invaluable. John is passionate about his work and always prepared to get involved in supporting the management team, as well as more junior members.
“We are extremely proud that John’s work has been recognised in these awards.”
