We are pleased to announce the promotions of Sheena Kotecha and Rafael Jacobs.
Rafael Jacobs has been promoted to Director within the Portfolios Team. He first joined Lee Baron in 2015, qualifying in 2017 as a surveyor and making associate in 2020. Rafael has the lead role on Lee Baron’s largest client, managing their trophy portfolios directly and overseeing the teams on all other portfolios. Rafael also has a supervising role of all management colleagues within the Portfolio Team. He is responsible for ensuring compliance across all management sites with current legislation including health and safety, fire safety and GDPR. Rafael also works on new business pitches, having successfully brought in three new clients in 2022.
Sheena Kotecha joined Lee Baron in 2021 as a senior HR manager and has now been made HR Director. She will be building an HR Strategy, shaping a recruitment plan to ensure that Lee Baron recruits the highest quality candidates. Sheena will also be involved with succession planning, creating HR training labs to ensure all colleagues across the business are fully equipped for any HR situation and have the correct tools available to them. Notably, Sheena is responsible for employee engagement and reintroducing Lee Baron culture in the post pandemic world.
