Lee Baron, a leading specialist in property management, has promoted James Roberts to Associate Director.
Having joined the firm in 2015, James has been instrumental in developing the firm’s various retail and office portfolios in the South East held in private ownership with an annual income of over £7m.
James proffers over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property industry having previously worked at the likes of Capita Group, London & Henley Property Group, Knight Frank and Great Portland Estates.
In his role, James will be responsible for transactional activity, compliance, budgetary control, contractual adherence and systems management. He will continue to act as the first point of contact for tenants and their representatives and actively engage in addressing a diverse range of both client’s and occupiers’ requirements.
