Lee Baron and Lockton held their joint Champagne tasting event on Thursday 4th May, at The Footman, Berkeley Square, to celebrate all the fantastic achievements we have made over the past year.
More than 40 industry experts from the property world attended, creating a convivial atmosphere with a great deal in common to talk about in between the Champagne tasting, the Quiz and the Champagne raffle. Representatives from Berkeley Homes, Essential Living, JLL, Quintain and St George Plc – amongst many others – discussed everything from property management, health and safety, industry changes and challenges ahead especially in light of Brexit
The exclusive event was ably supported by wine educator ThirtyFifty, who provided their champagne tasting expertise. We all now know the difference between a Crémant and a Champagne, Prosecco and the real thing, and also enjoyed a tasting station extolling the virtues of English Sparkling versus Bollinger! Added to this were some complimentary chocolates and Champagne cocktails made with lime syrup, Tanqueray gin.
Congratulations to Simon Cooke of APAM and Jemma McAndrews of JLL, who won the Champagne raffles on the night, and to Locktons who won the Champagne quiz.
