We would like to congratulate Jack Murphy and Frank Perri who have successfully qualified as Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
After months of hard work and dedication, graduate surveyors Jack and Frank have completed their RICS training, demonstrating their high levels of professionalism and ethical standards. They join a network of over 125,000 qualified and trainee RICS professionals worldwide – an achievement to be extremely proud of.
Both Jack and Frank joined Lee Baron in 2014. Jack graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Property Finance and Investment, while Frank read Business in Property at the University of the West of England.
With an excellent knowledge of the property industry and first-rate skills in property and portfolio management, property and investment valuation, lease negotiations, commercial real estate and customer service, Jack and Frank continue to be invaluable members of the Lee Baron team and we look forward to supporting them and seeing them flourish.
