Lee Baron continues focus on people – two new hires to support company growth

We strongly believe that investment in our people is the key to successful growth and the achievement of best-in-class service. We are constantly reviewing and adding to our teams as we take on new projects and expand.

We are delighted to welcome Teri Ashton as Head of Property Management Finance and David Wong as Head of Shopping Centres and Retail Parks to Lee Baron.

Teri joins the firm with over thirty years of accounting experience, predominantly within the property industry – both residential and commercial – having previously worked a Head of Client Accounting at Cluttons LLP.

Teri will be responsible for the account management of over 200 clients and in excess of 1,100 properties across the UK, leading a team of over 35 people.

The retail sector represents over 50% of Lee Baron’s work. Therefore, David’s 16 years’ experience within this sector is a tremendous asset to the team. David has been involved in some of the prime retail developments and centres in the UK, providing professional retail management services for shopping centres and retail parks throughout the UK and overseeing rental income of over £40 million.

In this new role, David will manage a nationwide team, ensuring all performance indicators for existing clients are achieved and further developing the retail business of the firm.

We look forward to continuing to strengthen our teams as we maintain our commitment in providing the highest level of service and advice to our clients.
