We have appointed Howard Rosen as Head of the firm’s Landlord and Tenant department.
Howard’s will take over from Rob Lewis who will now focus on providing specialist asset management advice whilst continuing with his shopping centre Landlord & Tenant work.
Howard, a specialist in lease advisory, has worked at Lee Baron for almost three decades in the company’s dedicated lease advisory department, specialising in shopping centre professional work handling rent reviews and lease renewals on a number of UK shopping centres and High Streets, for clients including BMO, Ellandi, Capital & Regional, M&M Asset Management, Frogmore and Kennedy Wilson.
