Lee Baron appointed to manage luxury development in Enfield

(London, Monday 20th December 2021): Specialist property manager Lee Baron has been appointed by Berkeley Homes (North East London) Limited to manage its Trent Park development in Enfield, marking Lee Baron’s first partnership with this branch of the Berkeley Group.

Lee Baron’s remit will include the day-to-day estate management of the residential spaces, including the maintenance and cleaning of the common areas and ensuring compliance with all the latest health and safety legislation.

This historic 56-acre estate is set in 413 acres of mature parkland, offering a unique opportunity to live within Trent Country Park, formerly King Henry IV’s hunting grounds in the fourteenth century. This development consists of 1-, 2- & 3-bedroom apartments and 4- & 5-bedroom houses, as well as exclusive lawn club facilities, including tennis courts, a gym and a swimming pool. The area boasts activity opportunities, such as an equestrian centre and a golf club. This famous estate includes a restored Wisteria Walk, with a pergola set upon columns made out of pink Italian marble, once walked on by Winston Churchill.

Situated in the Oakwood, Cockfosters and Hadley Wood area, the development’s homes have 24-hour security in their parkland setting, but are within easy reach of local amenities and modern restaurants. From Oakwood station, residents have access to King’s Cross in under half an hour. There are 63 schools which have been rated “outstanding” by Ofstead, located within five miles of the development.

Ian Jones, Group COO, Lee Baron, said: “We are delighted to be taking on the management of Trent Park and growing our relationship with the Berkeley Group. This is a historic and luxury complex in a great local neighbourhood in London, and we look forward to sharing our expertise and management oversight as part of this ongoing project.”
