Background
West End Gate is situated moments from the prestigious neighbourhoods of Marylebone and Little Venice, comprising of a range of apartments and retail units situated around private landscaped gardens. The estate compromises of over 800 homes and private landscaped gardens, as well as commercial and retail premises and a resident’s car park. It is a modern development that nonetheless has a feel of profound connection with its surroundings.
Lee Baron’s role
The focus at West End Gate has been on fully mobilising the development, progressing on to day-to-day estate management. This includes management aspects from common areas maintenance and cleaning, M&E maintenance, concierge services (key & parcel handling), and maintaining compliance with all the latest H&S legislation. Lee Baron has also been delivering operational, financial and mobilisation consultancy and facilitating the recruitment of all key personnel, i.e. development manager, concierge and operatives, key services contract procurement, including MEP, utilities, cleaning and leisure facilities operator.
Results
Between management in the development stage and now during the occupational stage, Lee Baron has delivered a smooth transition. The consultancy and advice offered during the development means that West End Gate has been able to achieve its full potential for its occupiers and exceed the standards of a modern London residential and mixed-use estate.
