(London, Thursday 21st October 2021): Specialist property manager Lee Baron has expanded its residential team with the hiring of a new director, Daniel Harrison-Cox.
Harrison-Cox joins Lee Baron with a wealth of experience, having spent ten years working for The Berkeley Group where he was head of estates at St George West London for four years and head of customer service and estates at St George City. During his time there, Daniel reported directly to the board and oversaw estate operations across multiple mixed-use developments throughout London. Most recently, Daniel had been providing consultancy services focussing on operational strategies and placemaking initiatives.
At Lee Baron, Daniel will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s property management mandates for clients including house builders, funds, asset managers and high-net-worth individuals, who own residential mixed-use properties throughout the UK. He will report directly to the firm’s chief executive, Carl Whayman.
Carl Whayman said: “This represents another fantastic hire for us. Daniel is a talented property professional, whose experience and expertise will be of immense value to the wider team. We’re very pleased to welcome Daniel to assist in the sustainable growth of this increasingly important part of our business.”
Daniel Harrison-Cox added: “Lee Baron has some great clients and has a rapidly growing portfolio so it’s fantastic to become part of the team, especially as they continue to develop all aspects of the business. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with new colleagues and clients alike.”
