Berkeley appoints Lee Baron to manage Quinton Court development in Sevenoaks

(London, UK – Wednesday 26th May 2021): Specialist property managers Lee Baron have been appointed by UK property developer Berkeley Eastern Counties to provide long-term property management services for Quinton Court, a development in Sevenoaks consisting of modern luxury living and landscaped communal garden.

Lee Baron’s remit includes the day-to-day estate management of the entire Quinton Court development, including the maintenance and cleaning of the common areas and maintaining compliance with all the latest health and safety legislation. This marks the second partnership between Berkeley Eastern Counties and Lee Baron, with the latter managing Forbury in Blackheath – one of London’s thriving villages just over 7 miles from central London, comprising 20 apartments and 10 villas.

The state-of-the-art collection of apartments is situated in the heart of Sevenoaks. The development is in a prime south-eastern location just a short walk from Sevenoaks Station on the South Eastern Main Line, the Thameslink network and the local Hastings line. From Sevenoaks, you can catch fast services to London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. It also includes private underground parking for each apartment.
