The mission of our largest department is to provide a professional and personalised service to our clients where each management surveyor is encouraged to build a personal working relationship with the client for whom they act so they understand a client’s specific needs. This is backed up by detailed and regular reporting tailored to the client’s individual requirements and, under the supervision of four main board directors and six associates, we endeavour to ensure, monitor and maintain the high standard of the services provided.
Our expertise lies in managing large portfolios as well as individual properties throughout the UK on behalf of a variety of clients. The Management Group currently oversees some 600 properties nationwide from Penzance in the Southwest to Inverness in Scotland and from Haverford West in Wales to Great Yarmouth. These properties in total have a rent roll estimated in excess of £125 million per annum and service charges in excess of £15 million per annum. Properties cover all spectrums of the industry including shopping centres, individual high street shops, single and multi let offices, mixed use developments, pubs and hotels, industrial and distribution centres, a marina, petrol stations, leisure/retail parks, and residential blocks or individual flats.
