CASE STUDY
In March 2009 Lee Baron was instructed to manage the failed Dawnay Day portfolio on behalf of F&C REIT Asset Management. The portfolio - purchased by F&C REIT from the administrators - holds over 3.5 million sq ft and 211 properties. Prior to purchase there was limited due diligence on the portfolio.

Lee Baron generated a 92% rent collection rate after the first three months on this distressed property portfolio and has continued to secure an annual rent roll worth over £40 million.
