Howard has 14 years experience in professional work advising landlord and tenant clients on rent reviews and lease renewals predominantly in the retail market.Currently instructed on shopping centres across the country to advise on rent reviews, lease renewals and general strategy to improve rental growth he also prepares submissions for third party referrals and expert witness reports for lease renewal proceedings. |
