Lee Baron agrees £6m sale of multi-let industrial estate in Cirencester

Michael Comley

The appetite for multi-let industrial investments continues unabated as we are delighted to have agreed the sale of Bankside Trade Park for £6 million to The Chancellor, Masters & Scholars of the University of Oxford as trustee of The Oxford Funds.

Acting on behalf of M&M Asset Management, the multi-let estate extends across 6.78 acres and currently comprises seven tenants under nine leases across various industrial and office buildings of varying construction. Total rental income is £545,438 per annum.
Bankside Trade Park is situated within the well-established Love Lane Industrial Estate area, the prime industrial location in Cirencester. The property is situated approximately 1.5 miles south of the town centre and is easily accessed via the A419 and A429 dual carriageways. The finite supply of this kind of real estate in Cirencester was a real draw for investor interest
We continue to be market-leading specialists as we handle over 4.5 million square feet of industrial property across the UK with a total rent roll of over £15.5m. We are never afraid of a challenge so our properties range from large single let industrial buildings at around 5,000 sq ft, to large multi-tenanted industrial estates of 100,000 sq ft - right across the UK.
