Carl joined Lee Baron in 1985 as the company’s first graduate and rose through the ranks to become Chief Executive in 2000.
Carl oversees the entire business, and in particular Investment agency and the placement of property insurance matters. Carl specialises in dealing with unusual and difficult vacant properties either to let or sell often adding value through change of use.
Ian joined Lee Baron in 1996 as a senior surveyor responsible for building a new management base for REIT Asset Management (now F&C REIT Asset Management). He has over 25 years’ experience specialising in Portfolio Asset Management and mixed-use consultancy.
He started his career with DTZ and worked exclusively as a portfolio manager on behalf of the BP Pension fund.
Rob has been with Lee Baron for over 25 years and has a number of distinct roles within the company operations. He specialises in retail and shopping centre Landlord and Tenant matters, and provides asset management advice to a number of private clients on assets ranging from shopping centres through to individual shops. He is a member of the RICS panel of Arbitrators.
Steve joined Lee Baron in 2009. He has 15 years’ experience of the property sector as well as experience in several other sectors including accounting practice, insurance, hospitality, and property consultancy.
John is chairman of Lee Baron Group, EAC Management, Winmark Global, and non-executive director of Pension and Lifetime Savings Association and is also a member of London Business School’s Global Advisory Council.
After graduating with an MBA from London Business School, John joined McKinsey; he later became an Executive Director of Amey Roadstone and Charterhouse Bank. In 1985, he was appointed CEO of Valin Pollen, a corporate and financial communications consultancy. From 1990 to 1996 he built IDOM, a banking/IT consultancy subsequently sold to Deloitte & Touche.
David has been a consultant for Lee Baron since 2015. He previously held several executive management positions in leading UK and global property consultancies, including CEO of Colliers International UK plc for nine years. More recently he was Business Development Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, London and Chief Operating Officer at Cushman & Wakefield, Moscow. David holds several advisory positions in other real estate organisations and is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Dianne joined in 2007 and has over 15 years’ HR experience having worked in a variety of sectors including media, construction and property. Previous employers include BSkyB, Drivers Jonas and Capital Shopping Centres. Dianne is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and is currently undertaking post graduate studies in Organisational Development to further her skills and experience.
Howard is a specialist in Lease Advisory and joined Lee Baron in November 1987. Following a year at Robinson Somerston, Howard re-joined Lee Baron in 2002 to specialise in shopping centre professional work. Having qualified in March 1997, Howard has worked in our dedicated Lease Advisory department since its inception. He was awarded Retail Consultant of The Year 2008 by The Mall Corporation.
John joined Lee Baron in 1989 as an IT consultant on a two week project: Over two decades later, he is still with the company. He is passionate about paperless working, and was instrumental in fully integrating the Softology document management system into Lee Baron’s IT suite, marrying it seamlessly with QUBE property management software.
Mark Joined in April 2015 as a Director of the Property Management Team. He has over 15 years’ experience in the commercial property industry.
Prior to joining Lee Baron, Mark was a Director at CBRE where he managed property on behalf of M&G, Aviva, HSBC and Chelsfield.
Paul has been with Lee Baron since 1999. A Chartered Surveyor with 20 years’ post qualification experience, Paul is a RICS Registered Valuer and serves as a panel valuer to a number of banks including Close Brothers, Santander, Handelsbanken, Jordan International Bank and United Trust Bank. Paul serves on the RICS Panel of Arbitrators and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Robert joined Lee Baron in early 2014. He is a registered valuer with over 20 years of Property Management expertise. Rob has previously worked for th e London & Henley Group, DTZ Tie Leung and Chesterton International.
He has extensive experience in the execution of complex projects within the property industry including all aspects of asset management, development, valuation and transactional based business.
Teri joined Lee Baron in 2016 and has over thirty years’ accounting experience, predominately within the property industry, covering all levels of accounting practices within both residential and commercial sectors. Teri joined Lee Baron from Cluttons LLP, where she acted as Head of Client Accounting; prior to this, she worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as Accounts Manager & Project Manager.
