David Izett appointed as Non-Executive Director

We are delighted to announce that we have appointed David Izett as non-executive director on our board. David brings to Lee Baron over 35 years’ experience working in the property sector. He was UK CEO of Colliers International for nine years before joining Cushman & Wakefield in London, and also spent almost three years as Chief Operating Office of Cushman & Wakefield in Russia.

David’s broad experience in general management, equity raising, debt restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions will be a great asset to Lee Baron.

David has a degree from The University of Warwick and is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Commenting on the appointment, David Izett said:

“Lee Baron is creating a niche for itself in the property management sector and I am delighted to join the board as a non-executive director to offer strategic guidance to further the firm’s journey.”

Carl Whayman, Chief Executive, Lee Baron, added:

“David’s experience speaks for itself and we are delighted he has agreed to join us. I have no doubt David will be a key driver in focusing the company on its core competence of management and ensuring that the skill sets underpinning professional services are embedded in the organisation. This will help us continue to grow and maintain our position as market leaders.”
